Delivery Policy
Delivery is charged once per order, whatever you buy, and the exact cost is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. All prices below are plus VAT.

Standard 3–5 working day delivery
Standard delivery is £4.95 + VAT per order. Working days are Monday to Friday; weekends and bank holidays are not delivery days and are not counted in the timescale.
Next Working Day delivery
Next Working Day delivery is £9.95 + VAT per order. Orders placed before 4:00pm Monday to Thursday are sent for delivery the next working day; orders placed before 4:00pm on a Friday are sent for delivery on Monday. This is not a guaranteed service.
Next Working Day delivery is not available:
- on Quadient original franking ink cartridges (any order containing one is sent by standard delivery)
- on orders of more than 5 packs of envelopes
- to the remote postcodes listed below
If Next Working Day is not available for your order, it simply will not be offered at checkout.
Remote postcodes
Delivery to the following postcodes is by standard delivery only and costs £9.95 + VAT per order, which is added automatically at checkout. Please allow a little longer than 3–5 working days for these areas.
AB31–38, AB41–45, AB51–56, BT (Northern Ireland), FK19–21, HS1–9, IV41–49, IV51, IV55–56, KA27–28, PA20, PA41, PA60–88, PH42–44, IM (Isle of Man), PO31–41 (Isle of Wight), TR21–25 (Isles of Scilly).
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, outside the UK, or to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
Cut-off and delivery times
Our order cut-off time for franking supplies is 4:00pm. Parcels can be delivered at any time between 7:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer timed or Saturday deliveries. Delivery times can be affected by national or local disruption, seasonal demand or weather, as our deliveries are carried out by third-party couriers.
Deliveries and failed deliveries
- Parcel deliveries: where a courier or Royal Mail is unable to deliver, a re-delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT will apply.
- Pallet deliveries: if delivery cannot be made because the customer is not available or refuses delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. This depends on the courier, the goods and the delivery postcode. We will quote the fee, and it must be paid before re-delivery is made.
- Any special delivery requirements, such as timed delivery or a change of address, will incur additional fees applicable at the time.
- Any orders not received must be reported within 14 days of the order date. Mailcoms Ltd cannot accept liability for non-delivered orders reported after this time.
